Another fun camping weekend!

Well we just returned from yet another FUN filled weekend camping. We were going to attempt to go to a different site near the radar dome ORV park but once we got there friday evening and saw how remote it was, we decided to go to good ol' Flodell Creek again. We found a beautiful camp spot with plenty of shade and lots of room for the two tent trailers and 3 tents! The creek ran beside our site which was nice for the doggies to drink and cool off in. We had a not-so-fun night sleeping the first night as Bryce was totally exhausted, past the point of being tired and FUSSY! He just couldn't settle down and eventually Kenny decided to climb in the Durango with him at who knows what time in the morning and finally they both fell asleep. All-in-all we had a great time, had a blast riding the 4-wheelers and dirt bikes (Ethan loved his 4-wheeler seat and new helmet and goggles and mine were pretty sweet too!) Only a couple minor injuries to report--my dad dumped Val's dirt bike once, scraping his elbow and burning his arm and Teia also dumped Val's bike and burned her leg. We had some great food, french toast, sausage and hashbrowns for breakfast, wraps for lunch, kabobs for dinner with some delicious yakima sweet white corn cooked in the husk over the fire--YUM!
